The reason you’re here is probably not about me. Still, if something about my services or coaching resonates with you, you might want to know who you’re dealing with.

I’m Kim—personal trainer, fitness coach, group class instructor, and body image coach. I do all that while traveling the world.  A life I genuinely love!​

Life wasn't always like that. 

Life wasn't always simple.

​

I’ve always approached life with a strong sense of responsibility—striving to excel academically, professionally, and personally. Along the way, however, health, fitness, and self-care were pushed aside. That came at a cost: my self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being slowly deteriorated.

​

It wasn’t until my mid-twenties, that I decided to change and committed to a gym routine and healthy habits. But even that, I eventually turned into another performance: I slipped into the trap of extremism—pushing myself too hard, with body dysmorphia and an eating disorder taking hold. After a long period of denial, I sought help and began the process of healing.

​

During that healing process, I realized just how many high-achieving women fall into the same self-destructive cycle. Now, as a coach, I help women move from self-criticism and perfection to self-respect and balance.

 

I know the struggles because I’ve lived them. I know the traps because I’ve been stuck in them too. And I know that real change doesn't come from chasing perfection. It comes from changing the way we value ourselves—starting from within.

 

Let me help you quiet that inner critic and reconnect with your body from a place of self-worth, not self-control.
